In my personal opinion, Citistream Communications, Inc. is full of scam artists using loopholes to harass individuals. The whole company has 2 people, they use the auto dialing method and refuse to remove numbers from their database. Companies should avoid using Citistream Communications, Inc. for any call services, as this "Company" provides very poor representation and your products/services look terrible. The company called my phone from 402-982-0712. Of course, you can't return the call. After surfing the depths of google, I found this information.
